Holly Isabelle Mynott
MSc Wildlife Conservation graduate, with published research on the habitat preference of the Critically Endangered Negros Bleeding-heart dove (Mynott et al. 2020) and population size of the Visayan tarictic hornbill (Mynott et al. 2021).
Current role: International Officer at Butterfly Conservation.
Conservation project management skills developed from leading a 4-month Endangered species field survey in the Philippines (2020), with further survey experience gained in UK habitats and Indonesian rainforest. Experience in assisting the implementation of international conventions (such as CITES) gained at UNEP-WCMC through research and writing reports about species potentially threatened by trade. Assistant Editor for Top 25 Most Endangered Primates 2018-2020 publication, and previous role as IUCN Red List submissions co-ordinator for African Primates at Bristol Zoo. Previous teamwork and organisation skills developed in banking internship and BSc student society leadership (3 roles, including President of the Photography Society).
